Obtained his Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (1982). He has served as President Commissioner of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. (2018 – present), Special Staff of the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs for Industrial and Regional Development (2019 – present). Throughout the course of his career, he occupied strategic positions in the Ministry of Industry. Served in State-Owned Enterprises, as Commissioner of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. (2017-2018), Commissioner of PT Rekayasa Industri (2016-2018), President Commissioner of PT Krakatau Engineering (2007-2012).

Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta on September 9, 1956, has served as Vice President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of the Company since June 30, 2021.

Obtained his Bachelor degree in Accounting Economic from Gajah Mada University, Yogyakarta in (1985). He has served as Independent Commissioner of PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk. (2019 – present), Independent Commissioner of PT Lenox Pasifik Investama Tbk. (2019 – present), Independent Commissioner of PT Victoria Care Indonesia (2020 – present), Head of Assessment Section of Non-Financial Services Company, Bureau of Financial Assessment of Service Sector Companies of Capital Market Supervisory Agency (1991-2012)

Indonesian citizen, born in Purworejo, on November 26, 1955, has served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since June 30, 2021.

Obtained his Bachelor degree in Corporate Economics from Pancasila University (1985). Master of Management Faculty of Economics, Department of Management, from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta (In 1996). He has served as President Commissioner of PT Nusantara Sentra Kapital (2018 – present). His career journey was as the Secretary of Bapepam-LK (2004-2006), Head of Bapepam-LK Investigation and Examination Bureau (2006-2008), Deputy Head of Financial Transaction Analysis Reporting Center (PPATK) for Administration (2008–2011), Head of Internal Compliance Bureau, Capital Market supervisory board and financial institutions (Bapepam-LK) (2012), Senior Advisor for Governance Research and Prevention of Money Laundering (TPPU) at the Financial Services Authority (OJK) (2013–2015), President Commissioner of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) (2015–2018).

Japanese citizen, born in Tokyo on January 31, 1959, has served as Commissioners of the Company since June 24, 2025.

Obtained his Bachelor degree from Osaka University of Foreign Studies, Osaka, Japan (1982). He currently serves as President Director of PT Best Sinar Nusantara (subsidiary of the Company).
