The Company is still developing a Whistleblowing reporting mechanism for violations that will enable anyone to report any illegal or unethical behavior is suspected in the Company, as stated in the Code of Conduct.
If employees assess and determine that there is an action or decision that violates the Company’s code of conduct, employees can report it through the “Complaint Box” which is available in the Company’s absence room.
The requirements for reporting violations through the “Complaint Box” is as follows:
- Employees must clearly include the identity (name, National Identification Number and department).
- The identity of the complainant will be kept confidential and protected by the Company.
- Attach supporting evidence for the alleged violation.
- Reports with accountability will be followed up.
