Celebrating 25 Years of Industrial Development at MM2100 Township

On October 2, 2015, PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk held a thanksgiving event at Hotel Mulia, Jakarta on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of MM2100 Industrial Estate. Under the theme of "Made in Indonesia by MM2100 to The World", the event was attended by the founders of PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk., Mr. The Ning King, Commissioners and Directors of the Company, and guests consisting of tenants and business partners. The event was also attended by Minister of Industry Mr. Saleh Husin and Trade Minister Mr. Tom Lembong.

In his speech, Mr. Yoshihiro Kobi, the President Director of the Company who was one of the pioneers of MM2100 Industrial Estate 25 years ago, said that up to now there are about 350 various companies operating in MM2100, comprising companies from Indonesia as well as multinational companies who in total employ around 130,000 employees. He also disclosed that the Company will develop commercial area facilities to support the industrial estate. In the initial phase, a Hotel and Logistics Center will be built which will start operating in 2016.
